By accessing this training portal or otherwise using any services provided by DesignChain, including websites owned or controlled by DesignChain (such as our website at www.designchain.co (“Site”)), the futurebusiness.thinkific training portal, various webpages at or linked to the Site, all products, software, data feeds, plugins, mobile applications and other applications and services provided from time to time on, from, or through the Site (together, the “Service”); signing up to our newsletter or contacting us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

when you participate in customer surveys;

by way of personal, face-to-face contact with us.
DesignChain may hold your personal information in hard copy files and/or electronic files.

In respect of personal information collected online or stored electronically (including in the cloud) in particular, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable and that the security of such networks and systems can never be guaranteed. Insight also cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet. Accordingly, any personal information which is transmitted to us is transmitted at your own risk.
The purpose for which we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information
DesignChain will use and disclose your personal information only for the purpose (the “primary purpose”) for which you provide it to us, which may include:

other users. When you share personal information in a course, other users whom you permit to join their comment threads will be able to see the personal information that you share. Personal information that you share as part of learning Journeys is visible to all users and to others outside of the Service.

In relation to personal information that you provide in your personal profile or as part of your learning experiences, we encourage you to actively update the information on a regular basis.

Overseas disclosures
We do not disclose your personal information overseas. However, remember that as a web-based service, the personal information that you share will be visible to users of the Service who may be located outside of Australia and the UK.
Changes to Privacy Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy we will post those changes onto the Site. Unless stated otherwise, any changes will be effective immediately upon being placed on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following such amendments being placed on the Site will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Privacy Policy as amended.
